I understand and have full subscriptions too: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut.
I can edit as to your particular style as long as you provide a outline and examples (yours or others)
On average a 10-15 minute YouTube video is around $120
($120 is an estimate & will vary by caliber of editing needed and or the length of raw files)
Clips are about $12 each
